Our nappies are of the best quality and highest standards but we know it can be possible to have human errors sometimes. So below are clear guidelines for when it comes to refunds and returns.
Refunds/ReturnsOnly nappies bought directly from GiGG'L are eligible for refund through our online store.
All items must be returned within 28 days of purchase date. Please notify us via email@example.com for items to be returned. You will be assigned a Refund Code, please quote this code on any further communication throughout your return of items.
All items must be in their original condition and packaging, and should be unwashed and unused.
Please note that the return postage is payable by the customer. Please ensure recorded delivery is used as we are unable to take responsibility for delivery failure or missing post.
If an item is faulty please return using the above method plus stating what the fault is with the item throughout our communications.
For any purchase errors that may be due to our fault, we will reimburse reasonable postage charges.
If an item is received outside of the above criteria we reserve to right to refuse a refund or charge any necessary fees applicable to make a resolve.

Our nappies will last for the entire use of your baby's 'nappying' experience and subsequently to other babies to follow. This is provided that you follow our nappy wash instructions and not use excessive chemicals or high temperature washes and tumble drying methods. If a nappy becomes faulty or damaged due to non adherence to our washing/using guidelines we will not be able to issue a refund.
All items will be delivered free of charge (UK only) and will be dispatched the following working day at 2pm.
