李红军（1978--），男，湖南郴州人，2005年毕业于湖南师范大学，获得体育教育硕士学位，2017年赴美国亚利桑那州立大学访学。

2005年研究生毕业后一直在球盟会担任专职体育教师，主要教授篮球运动训练与实践和篮球普修课程，曾多次被评为公司“A”类课教师、公司“优秀实习指导教师”、 公司“优秀论文指导教师”。

2014年到2019年任公司女子篮球专业组主教练，2017年参加湖南省老员工篮球锦标赛获公司女子组冠军，2018年获得湖南省老员工运动会篮球公司组亚军，2020年开始担任公司本科校园组女子篮球队主教练。主持省教育厅课题一项，院级教研、教改课题两项，发表省级论文多篇。
